A detailed site survey helps us understand the space we will work on. We assess measurements, ground conditions, and surroundings. Generally we usually require a laser measured survey but for complex projects we might require a full survey capturing levels, datums and other relevant data.
Concept Drawings
Moving forward, we shape your ideas into drawings and visuals, updating them with your feedback until the layout, proportions, and style match your lifestyle, spatial requirements and practical needs.
Technical Drawings
Once the concept is agreed on, we create detailed technical drawings for the elements. This sets a step by step path for the build stage.
Planning Permission
If planning is required for projects that are outside permitted development, then we will handle the whole planning permission process. Our team prepare and submit all the documents, liaise with local authorities and handle any other related queries.
Permitted Development
It is very important to assess your property so we can make sure we build your dream garden space within the permitted development guidelines to avoid lengthy approval processes.

Groundworks & Foundations
To give your garden room a safe and moisture protected base, we executel all the groundwork and prepare the base with two courses of engineering bricks for the Damp Proof Course.
Structural Carpentry
Our specialised craftsmen proceed to build on the framework, like the walls and roof of the garden room. It is indeed our key promise to build each element as per the technical frame to make sure it is durable.
